I saw the original when it came out in one of the big movie palaces that didn’t make it out of the 20th century on Chestnut Street in Philadelphia. I streamed this newly reassembled version on Prime video over the past two nights. I almost turned it off during the second half. It became increasingly tedious. Great interview though; better than any versions of the film.
