Uncle Screwtape can't wait for these people to arrive in "Our Father Below's" house.

Provided that meetings, pamphlets, policies, movements, causes, and crusades, matter more to him than prayers and sacraments and charity, he is ours – and the more ‘religious’ (on those terms) the more securely ours. Yeah, that quote is from the end of Letter 7. Tom Nichols turned me onto it, and whenever I see these right wing Christians and their faux piety, I think of Screwtape.
