Democrats have the slimmest of a majority and a radical agenda. 2020 and 2024 will be red waves in part because Democrats ran like they had a leftist mandate and not an American mandate.

The problem with "popular" is that it relies on polls done primarily by the same corporate media that told us that in the 2016 election Hillary Clinton would win in a landslide.
What's radical about it? Their policy priorities are actually pretty popular--far more popular than yours. It's all about frustration that they haven't conquered Covid and its side effects.
In other words, you haven't a clue as to how to answer, so you respond with ridicule. Cute. The polling data is pretty clear; people like what the Democrats are proposing.
Voters are always supportive of more "free" stuff as long as someone else has to pay for it. The Dem corporate media is not explaining the consequences of the free stuff. Those that understand the consequences don't support it.
Democrat approval has plummeted... but mirrors the last time Democrats controlled all three branches of the federal government. So how does that correlate with the claim that voters like the dog food peddled by Democrats?

My only suggestion is to change "American" mandate to "Popular" mandate.

Perhaps, but radical ideas both left and right are all American, the question is whether they enjoy wide support.
When the policies of the BBB (ugh, hate that name) are polled they enjoy much popular support often in the 60+% range.

"What's radical about it?" LOL. "Pretty popular" LOL-2

If you believe the polls then you should find this one interesting: https://news.gallup.com/poll/356591/congress-approval-lowest-2021-democrats-turn-negative.aspx
