I will never get tired of Dow 36,000 references even though the book came out a quarter century ago. I really wish TV hosts would ask Kevin Hassett why anyone should listen to him he was so absurdly wrong about that prediction before every single interview, sort of like that first year of the Biden administration where some hosts kept asking Republicans if Joe Biden actually won the election.

Kevin Hassett is a white man, chosen to G-d to always be right. Didn't you know that? All white mrn are always right, even when they are stupid and dangerous
I am glad I quite drinking 4.5 years ago. Even then, I would not have a beer with any current and/or past republicans. Except for one. Peter Behr in the 70s a Republican from Marin County who was instrumental in passing California's Wild and Scenic River law.

But if you speak quickly and in a confident manner, you clearly are smart and worth listening to!
Telling it like it is! (Even when dreadfully wrong.)
I really wish TV hosts would stop inviting Hassett on the shows to share his ridiculous opinions.
They do it to justify their own inanity.
Or, better yet, it's cool to be stupid because, look at us, we're not only cool, we're on TV.
That makes us smart.
We have the best brains, too, so nyahhh.
Reminiscent of the Bush Era push for stupid. Like "Who do you want to to have a beer with " . I think they have been racing to the bottom since then.
