I have also read that he is semi-autistic as an EXCUSE for his Nazi-Salute. I need to find a reliable, reputable Psychiatrist or a definition in whatever edition of the DMS is currently valid, that would confirm that semi-autistic people have no moral compass.

Again, I'm not an expert - I'm just exposed to some things through my work.
It's not uncommon for people on the autism spectrum to have difficulties recognising their own emotions and/or the emotions of others which can lead to various communication difficulties. It's also not uncommon for people on the autism spectrum to have a strong sense of justice. There are therapies and day to day strategies to minimise or overcome these difficulties, but whether people actually receive them is another matter.
Musk seems like a relentless troll so I'm going to make an uneducated guess that he knows what he's doing.
I think those people are referring to the difficulties people on the autism spectrum can have with their gross motor skills. Given Musk's age and despite his father's wealth, it's entirely possible he didn't receive appropriate therapy.
I'm not saying this is a reasonable suggestion as I'm not qualified to judge (and it looked like the Nazi salute to me and joking about it, well ...).
Thanks for adding to my store of knowledge, but I have an insurmountable doubt he was kidding or did not know what he was doing given the comments he made thereafter and his love of facists and other authoritarians in the US and everywhere.
Sandra, I usually am the first to give people the benefit of the doubt, but, having the "insurmountable doubt" that I do, I can't join your "Even if". He has the master of saying what he is going to do, what he thinks, what he plans, as his current useful idiot, teaching him, if he needs it, that is.
Sandra, I accept your statement that you think he knew what he was doing when he made the Nazi salute deliberately. In your previous post, you used the phrase "Even if it wasn't what we think...." which is what I was writing about. I have no doubt that he knew exactly what he was doing, did it deliberately and is jazzed about "owning the libs". You and I are on the same sheet of music, no doubt about that. Next thing you know, he will be parading around a stage in jackboots with a brown-colored shirt. Most of the Magats never really learned about WWII, who started it, how and, most importantly, why, so they will not get worked up about it, and he knows that, too.
I could be wrong, but I think most people that are autistic or have autistic children work to understand what this means, how it presents itself and how to manage it.

Agree. Even if it wasn't what we think, he has made his position clear elsewhere so ...

I'm sorry, I don't understand what you are saying. I'm just saying that I think he made the Nazi salute and I think he did it deliberately.

Could be, and having no experience with autistic people, nonetheless, I doubt that a lack of moral compass is part of the "presenting".
I very much agree.
