Aside from monetary damages, the decree in this case should require Fox owners and hosts to admit they lied on air for a week on each of the culpable shows.
Now that Fox has been exposed, how ‘how bout we point our scrutiny to Josh Hawley, Ted Cruz, Ron Johnson, Tommy Tuberville, MTG, Paul Gosar, Boebert, Gaetz, Massie and the rest!
Either they knew it was a lie or they’re too stupid to be in Congress.
I read that Townhall article, this says all you need to know about GOP base "policies":
"She has shown none of the contempt for the establishment that Trump has, nor has she built a track record of owning the libs as Ron DeSantis has. But policy is really beside the point for her."
See, Trump and DeSantis are the ones with actual "policies", i.e. contempt for the establishment and owning the libs. This is today's GOP.
That excerpt says it all, but I would encourage Bulwark members to read the Townhall piece. Truly, venom must drip from every single one of the writer's pores.
Gotta make we join forces here together on team Charlie. We’re dealing more and more with the fitting of meta feedback loops into a cogent 140 words or less— and then analyzing it! I sometimes wonder how long we’ll be in this period. Before something else (worse?) takes its place.
This Fox story might be a tipping point. My barber, a Trumpist who bailed after January 6, was livid today about Hannity and Carlson's lies. He is of the view that there is nowhere to get honest news anymore. Maybe I will gift him a Bulwark subscription.
The Fox story would have repercussions throughout Fox News and it's on air pundits, if they were capable of feeling shame or remorse. But they don't. so they will shrug it off.
Hopefully the courts will provide sufficient financial penalties that FNC might think twice next time.
FOX is so dead in the water in this case it's not funny. If it had a brain in its collective head, it would be begging Dominion for a settlement. Dominion won't for settle for all the money on earth and beyond, nor should it. Onward, ho!
Trump’s “delusional” declaration of innocence and vindication will be believed by his followers, his dedicated 30%. That’s all he needs. It’s a smart move, akin to Barr’s announcement prior to the release of the Mueller report. Trump knows how to play the game. Gotta give him that.
It would be good to know who advertises on some of these commentators’ shows. You could list hem and we could boycott their products.

The Fox story is so consequential. I’m surprised it’s not trending on Twitter? Why?
Oh, I think we know…

What would be racist is everyone else, if Nimrata Haley could not have a successful political career where Nikki Haley could.
Re TFG’s comment on not being mentioned: the man lies whether it’s called for or not, just to keep in practice.

I've heard and read so much about Nikki Haley, including Charlie's podcast, but I have seen/heard barely a whimper about her alignment with this guy:

She said she wants to BE him, for God's sake. How is this not at least as much as issue as Bolduc?
I see @realDonaldTrump 's new Twitter profile picture has his face appropriately bedecked in clown face paint. :|
Thank you Charlie, another great post, you are killing it. Thanks for telling it like it IS!

I am becoming almost sort-of absolutely certain that many of society's current problems could be solved by disconnecting the internet.
