Dr. Oz would be a perfect point man (snake oil salesman) to rebuild Medicare as a Medicare "Advantage" plan. The Republicans will try to shift as many people into the "Advantage" plans as possible and eventually Parts A,B and D will be phased out leaving only what is now Part C and younger enrollees will have no other option. The only thing Medicare will do is funnel tax funds directly to the pockets of the insurance companies.
Oz is who we should focus on.
