November is a light year away. Trump should concentrate on prison reform now. He may well be there soon.
Trump may be at max, as you say, but I'm increasingly worried about left-leaning and independent voters staying home or leaving the presidential part of their ballot blank, not willing to vote for DJT but also unwilling to commit to Biden. It is a net subtraction from Biden that helps DJT indirectly, which in some key states may be what he needs in order to get to the finish line first. On the left it remains an all-hands-on-deck situation.
