I just got to this podcast, and I loved it.

I am that dork that quotes movies too often, and my wife really doesn't like it (I'm working on it...) I also endeavored to watch all of the AFI 100 best films, even though I'm a bit of a philistine when it comes to movies. And right at the beginning of this 10 year project, I watched Casablanca. Now, to most educated, well-rounded people, Casablanca is almost cliche at that point in their lives, but it was brand new to me. And I was thoroughly enchanted by it. But what really struck me is that I'd been quoting Casablanca for basically my entire life (born in '68), and I'd never even know that those lines where from the movie!

That is how you know a movie quote is iconic, when you know the line and the line lives outside of the movie.

My number 1 contender in this bucket of iconic lines: "What we have here is failure to communicate."

So your computer doesn't like coffee either? I thought it was just mine that had an attitude about that.
