I guess I’m too old. I stuck it out for 32 minutes. When the guest proudly announced he doesn’t vote, I lost any interest I still had. Felt like I could sort of see Tim feeling the same way, but if this kind of programming can pull young male fasc-curious types to the light side, go for it.

The Trojan horse idea was substantive and worth exploring. I did get that out of it.

I'm too old, too, but I stuck with it and got through it. It helped me to acknowledge that I could see a little of my younger self in them, and to wonder what I would have looked and sounded like if I had the internet and social media to draw on as well.

On the other hand, these two guys have done and experienced a lot more at their age than I had by the time I reached their age. And although Dylan saying he didn't vote touched a nerve for me too, I also remember how I felt about both parties then and, oh yeah, I didn't volunteer to serve.

These guys are the future and--not for nothing--the future is theirs a lot more than it is ours

No shade intended. I, and as you point out Tim, initially, was open mouthed. The point is to hear other views that are significantly affecting everything that is going on. After all, this is not about individuals, but a generation that made up a big chunk of the 90 million eligible voters who didn't vote in the last election. Let's use an old Boomer phrase; "it's all one."

It got better - listen to all of it.

Reading this after also tapping out at 32 mins, feeling much like you. Not the target demo and that’s ok. Did involuntarily twitch a bit at the “I don’t vote bc I don’t want to legitimize a system I disagree with” but uh, I will welcome anyone to the cause.
