You know I think there are a lot of older people in the same camp on many of these issues. I had to look the age designations up to confirm she's... So I'm boomer II and I have one gen x and 3 millennials. 2 of my kids are gay, one is just messed up but I'd have to say the ones that are the most clear headed and doing well are my gay kids. My background and exposure to nonconformists has shaped a lot of my gray thinking but the last 10-15 yrs in dialogue with our kids has helped me see their point of view and circumstances much better. I hope the FYPod grows exponentially as it is my firm belief that we need smart younger people in leadership or at a minimum as influencers to our way of governance. This is like many dialogues I've had with my son that we joked about having an online pod with.
