If you can’t find a newsletter, check your spam folder and mark this address as ‘not spam.’ If the newsletter isn’t in your spam folder, check the Promotions tab.
Substack is our publishing platform. If you already have a Substack profile for another publication you read, this will also be your Bulwark+ profile if the same email is used for both subscriptions (free and paid).
Bulwark+ newsletters will be sent from thebulwark@substack.com. Adding this email to your contacts signals to your email provider that you want emailed newsletters from Bulwark+. Dragging a newsletter into your inbox from a Promotions/Junk folder, likewise, signals to your email provider you want our content in your main inbox.
You can update your email subscription preferences as often as you like via your personal My Account page found at https://plus.thebulwark.com/account. We also include “unsubscribe” links at the bottom of each newsletter we send out.
Your membership will continue on a monthly or annual basis until you tell us to stop. Annual gift memberships do not automatically renew. You can update your payment method and manage your account settings via your person My Account page.
Passwords can be set-up using the link at the bottom of your My Account page. Even if you have not explicitly set up a password yet, you can still access your personal settings by clicking the “Email Login Link” button when prompted to login. We’ll email you a one-time login link.
